8. Lose 4 stones
Hurrah! I'm back on track (ignoring the midget gems I ate last week which I discovered today are 1.5 syns per 4 sweets eeeek!)
This week I lost 2lb so I've lost what I gained and 1/2lb more.
I have 3.5lb to go to my next target. Bring it on!
